The primary reason for excuses is the lack of self-motivation.</p>
<p>Listening to lectures on acquiring burning motivation won’t help here. You have to do something concrete and practical in order to succeed. Some points mentioned below will help you decrease the gap between wanting to do muscle building and actual muscle building.</p>
<p>Measure your BMI, blood pressure, fat deposit, sugar levels and every possible thing that you can measure easily. Now, do exercises for two weeks and have the measurement done by your doctor again. The difference in the improvement of your health will motivate you to fork further and get in shape.</p>
<p>Whenever you go to a gym, befriend a strict and unforgiving partner who works out regularly and compete with him. You’ll always have the fear that the guy you’re competing with will turn up, perform his workout and develop muscles faster. This psychological fear of being left behind will motivate you to stick to your workout schedule. If you perform exercises at home, you can challenge your next-door neighbor to compete with you.</p>
<p>Keep your favorite exercises at the end of the workout session. For example, if you hate doing pull ups, complete them first. This will keep you motivated until the end of the session.</p>
<p>Music is a great motivator. Get your favorite numbers on a CD and listen to them while you’re performing the workout. For example, if you want to exercise your leg muscles and you hate squats, you can try skipping, treadmill, running and other similar leg exercises. If you hate the word ‘exercise’ and anything that goes with it, you can try out sports. Go out there play basketball, tennis, soccer or any other game that interests you but ensure that you have some heavy physical activity during the day.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Here’s a quick list of a dozen simple muscle building tips that you can start using immediately.</p>
<p>1. If you are a beginner do full body workouts.</p>
<p>2. If you are intermediate or advanced do upper/lower splits.</p>
<p>3. When in doubt do more chin ups, dips and pushups. These are still the best upper body mass builders around and nothing is bound to replace them any time soon.</p>
<p>4. Most guys will make great progress with three weight training workouts per week. More than that may lead to recover issues for some people. Others will be fine but the fourth day won’t necessarily provide significantly better results. Also, remember that mental recovery is just as important as physical. You will usually be more excited and fired up to go to the gym three days a week than four. Especially if this is something you plan on doing for the rest of your life.</p>
<p>5. If you train four days per week it’s best to not have two back to back training days more than once. So train on Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat or Mon, Tues, Thurs, Sat.</p>
<p>6. As the great strength coach, Ethan Reeve once said, “I have yet to find a better way to get strong than lifting heavy.” Load up the bar, keep adding weight over time, and you will get strong. Eat enough calories while doing that and you will get very big as well. A simple muscle building tip that works every time.</p>
<p>7. Having said that, it should be noted that certain exercises aren’t meant to be done heavy. Some of these are split squats, dips and neck work. Exercise caution with any movement that puts you in an unfavorable joint position. But for the big exercises like presses, squats, rows and deads, go heavy.</p>
<p>8. The foam roller is your friend. Use it often and you will see a great improvement in tissue quality and will feel better all around. Same for tennis balls, lacrosse balls and other forms of self massage. Getting a cute girl to assist from time to time is also highly recommended.</p>
<p>9. Twenty five to fifty total reps per body part, twice per week will lead to huge mass gains in most intermediate to advanced lifters. Any more than that is not usually needed.</p>
<p>10. All reps are not created equal. One set of 25 is not the same as five sets of five. Heavier weights will bring about an earlier recruitment of the fast twitch fibers and create more microtrauma. This will lead to more/faster myofibrillar hypertrophy. In simple terms you will build “real muscle” faster with lower rep sets.</p>
<p>11. Higher rep sets of 12-20 will lead to size gains through increased glycogen/water/energy storage. This is usually considered “non functional” tissue, but if you are only training for size and strength and not a power sport, who cares? Use both rep ranges to get the best of both worlds.</p>
<p>12. To find your optimal squat stance get in the exact same position you would play linebacker in. That is usually pretty damn close. Note the angle of your upper body. That is the angle you want to be at while squatting down. If you are more upright than that you will be very weak and there will usually be too much stress on your knees. If you are leaning forward any further there will be too much stress on your lower back.</p>

<p>The program utilizes methods to fatigue muscle fibers in a systematic way to increase muscle mass. It begins by selecting a muscle building exercise with weights that one can carry 15 times. However, it is necessary to stop the set after performing 10 reps. The period of rest between two sets should be confined to one minute or less, as the muscles start fatiguing after that time.</p>
<p>The primary aim of this muscle building program is to develop the strength necessary to perform all 10 sets with 10 reps. If the weight is too much to handle, it is advisable to switch over to lower weights and then perform all 10 reps. Once 10 reps of all 10 sets are complete in good form, move to higher weights.</p>

<p>The frequency of workout for 10 sets of 10 Reps muscle building program will be different for different body types. For example, ectomorphs who have skinny body and fast metabolism can perform part I, II and III on three alternate days during the week without considering weekends. Mesomorphs, who have a naturally muscular body, must try this program during the week as well as on weekends. Endomorphs that have a slow rate of metabolism can perform these exercises on all six days of the week. You should increase weights only when you have completed all three parts six times in a row.</p>

Working to shed those pounds not only makes you look better, but it can have a profound effect on your overall health as well. Let&#8217;s look at some of the ways that bodybuilders and extremely active individuals work to trim fat and get into incredibly ripped shape.</p>
<p>The fact is, it&#8217;s not just a simple as exercising consistently to lose all the fat that you want. While exercising can get rid of significant amounts of fat, the real keys to losing excess fat and getting into ripped bodybuilding shape is a combination of doing the RIGHT exercises and having a near perfect diet. I know that sounds scary, but it&#8217;s simply the truth. You could work out all day on an elliptical machine and not lose any fat at all or eat what you think is a healthy diet and actually gain weight. It takes knowing the right things and doing them consistently to make a difference.</p>
<p>First let&#8217;s start with exercise. Simply lifting weights or doing some aerobic exercise, while it will get you part of the way there, is not enough to truly get rid of fat. One of the best fat burning exercises in existence is called HIIT. This stands for High Intensity Interval Training and it is used by professional athletes of all types to get into incredible cardiovascular shape as well as get their bodies into ripped physical condition. The principle is simple, you simply exercise at intervals that consist of about two minutes of light to medium intensity aerobic exercise followed by about 30 seconds of all out intense exercise. When you take anything out of that equation it can disrupt this balance and lead you to experiencing the opposite results of which you wish to achieve. If you focus on eating a diet that is high in protein, followed by fats and carbohydrates, you can continue to have the energy you need and nutrients your muscles need to continue to grow and maintain your physique. In addition, as long as you are burning off these calories and not eating excessively then you should be able to maintain consistent fat loss.</p>
